Fashion on a Dime

Ok here's a fun outfit. When I showed my friend Prissy these pants I bought at a Good Will in Arizona she loved them but I told her I was not really sure what top to wear with it. I didn't feel like I had anything that looked good with it in my closet and I didn't want to have to go buy anything new. So Prissy walked into my closet and started to work her magic. She sifted through the shirts I had hanging out and pulled out a plain white shirt. She handed it to me and told me to never underestimate the poser of a white t-shirt. After putting it on we both decided it needed something more. As we were looking through what I had Prissy turned to me and said what do you think about suspenders? SUSPENDERS? Like what old grandpas wear to church to hold their pants up? Yes suspenders! I was open to anything so the next time she came over she brought a pair of her husbands old suspenders and I tried them on with this outfit and I LOVE IT!
Financial stats for this outfit are:
Teal jeans bought at Good Will in Arizona- $6
White V-neck t-shirt bought at a garage sale- $1
Yellow Michael Antonio heels- $3!
Pair of old gray suspenders borrowed from friends husband- FREE!
My total outfit cost is $10 dollars! My DPWF is $1!
